• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time, but check back later.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Are pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?

  Yes, all of my pottery is both microwave and dishwasher safe. Each piece is made from durable stoneware and fired to a high temperature, which makes it strong enough for everyday use.

• Can I have a piece customized?

  I’m not taking custom orders right now since I’m a one-woman shop, but I make new pieces often and there’s always something unique coming out of the kiln!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
